1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jt9 online gaming platform, accessible at jt9.lat ("the Platform"). jt9 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, crash games, esports betting and related services to eligible users. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and jt9 ("we", "us", "our").

2Eligibility

To register for and use the jt9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. jt9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the jt9 platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) using the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously been subject to a jt9 account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and keep this information up to date throughout the life of your jt9 account.

3Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may register only one account on jt9. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. jt9 uses mobile number verification to enforce the one-account-per-player policy. The following rules apply to all jt9 accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your jt9 account, whether or not you authorised those activities.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jt9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jt9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile payment services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No cryptocurrency, international credit cards, wire transfers or other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following specific limits and conditions, which jt9 may update from time to time. Players will be notified of any material changes to transaction limits via the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount at jt9 is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated jt9 account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business hour during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 BST). • Balances that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee at jt9's discretion, after prior notice to the player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jt9 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all jt9 promotions.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• The jt9 welcome bonus is available to new players only. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the rollover requirements may be withdrawn.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

8Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, bot, script or other automated system to interact with jt9 games or betting markets, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions or bonuses in a coordinated manner, or engage in any form of chip dumping in live casino games.
• Using the jt9 platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, illegal payment processing or any other criminal activity.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one jt9 account, whether in your own name or using another person's details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

9Suspension and Termination

jt9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. In cases of suspected breach of these Terms or prohibited activity, jt9 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice pending investigation.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms (including underage use, fraud, collusion or bonus abuse), any remaining balance and pending winnings in the account may be forfeited in their entirety.
• Players who voluntarily choose to close their jt9 account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay), net of any applicable bonus funds not yet meeting rollover requirements.
• jt9 may also close the platform or any section of it, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, in cases of scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events beyond jt9's reasonable control.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jt9 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the jt9 platform, even if jt9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jt9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

jt9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jt9 will notify active players via the platform interface or by email. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on jt9.lat. Your continued use of the jt9 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using jt9 and may request account closure at [email protected].
